Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in technical partnerships, alliances, business development, or related roles in security, compliance, or IT sectors.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to evaluate APIs, integration feasibility, and product architecture without translation.
- Proven ability to operate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing functions with credibility at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the security and compliance ecosystem, including SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent technologies.
- Prior experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, engineering leader, or similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage both C-level stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive partnerships from concept through execution and measurable customer impact.
- High ownership mindset with strong bias for action and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across product, engineering, and executive stakeholders at strategic partner organizations.
- Own the full lifecycle of technical partnerships from agreement through integration delivery and customer-facing launch.
- Define and align joint value propositions, solution narratives, and integration success metrics with partner teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Scope, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of product integrations in partnership with external engineering teams.
- Establish operational frameworks for partnerships, including governance, timelines, and success measurement criteria.
- Partner with Marketing on joint go-to-market activities, including co-marketing campaigns, announcements, and launch execution.
- Transition commercial ownership to GTM teams post-integration while maintaining strategic oversight of long-term partner success.
