  • 8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 5+ years in sales leadership roles with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of leading consultative, client-facing engagements that deliver measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in sales methodologies, CRM systems, sales automation tools, and revenue operations technologies.
  • Experience designing, packaging, and scaling professional services or sales offerings (e.g., advisory, managed services, or consulting models).
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a builder mindset focused on outcomes, execution, and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, distributed environments.
  • Experience in sales transformation, revenue operations, or GTM strategy is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level client engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic sales transformation initiatives and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue generation within key accounts.
  • Design, evolve, and scale sales service offerings including sales effectiveness programs, GTM strategy, sales operations, and managed services.
  • Build and execute the strategic roadmap for the Sales Practice, defining target markets, service portfolio, and growth priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams across Sales, Delivery, Talent, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and alignment on growth strategy.
  • Lead early-stage engagements to validate offerings, refine solutions, and establish product-market fit within the sales services portfolio.
  • Oversee delivery excellence by defining standards, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high-quality outcomes across client engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market presence by representing sales transformation expertise in client forums and ecosystem partnerships.
