Requirements
- Experience managing sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space
- Extensive experience working in lead generation based businesses
- Experience managing the qualitative side of sales (culture, training, rep development)
- Experience managing the quantitative side of sales (data, sales metrics, performance KPIs, and quotas)
- Extensive experience driving efficiency through tech stack and processes
- Proven experience managing a sales team with at least 5 or more sales reps
- Ability to learn CRM systems and manage through reports
- Strong understanding of lead generation
Responsibilities
- Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity on a daily basis
- Work closely with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives
- Track and monitor sales reps’ pipelines
- Manage out of the CRM to prevent missed opportunities
- Run all daily sales syncs
- Create sales trainings for sales training center
- Enforce adherence to sales process SOPs
- Review call recordings and create call reviews
- Maintain projections and manage sales quotas
- Take complete revenue ownership
