Requirements

  • Experience managing sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space
  • Extensive experience working in lead generation based businesses
  • Proficiency in managing qualitative (culture, training) and quantitative (data, KPIs) aspects of sales
  • Experience driving efficiency through tech stacks and processes
  • Ability to manage a sales team of at least 5 or more sales reps
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and reporting
  • Strong understanding of lead generation
  • Experience managing high ticket sales teams through data and forecasts

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates lead flow ratios and rep capacity on a daily basis
  • Works closely with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives
  • Tracks and monitors sales reps’ pipelines
  • Manages CRM to find and prevent missed opportunities
  • Run all daily sales syncs
  • Create sales trainings
  • Enforce adherence to sales process SOPs
  • Reviews and analyzes call recordings for training
  • Maintains projections and manages sales quotas
  • Takes complete revenue ownership
