Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, B2C customer service, or financial services sales
  • Prior exposure to the US credit industry (credit cards, loans, credit repair, or credit reporting) is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho is an advantage
  • Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining high productivity in a remote setup
  • Willingness to work in US time zone shifts as per business requirements
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Must have a personal computer meeting work-from-home technical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and convert them into customers through consultative sales conversations
  • Present and pitch credit repair solutions based on customer credit profiles and individual financial situations
  • Handle objections effectively and follow structured sales scripts while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Suite, and internal platforms
  • Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines for credit repair offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, training, and coaching
