- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable operational processes and governance structures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams.
- Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and business cases.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, governance models, and performance tracking systems.
- Identify and analyze key business drivers and customer insights.
- Use data analysis and competitive intelligence to inform recommendations.
- Design and implement scalable processes and automation using AI tools.
