Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, change management, or organizational transformation roles.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience engaging executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies, digital tools, or AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and strong understanding of AI-driven business transformation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
- Experience working in consulting or fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments is highly valued.
- Certifications such as Prosci, ACMP, or instructional design credentials are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI enablement and adoption programs that drive awareness, usage, and long-term integration of AI tools within client organizations.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted AI advocate, building confidence, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for AI adoption across business processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, consulting, and delivery teams to translate technical AI capabilities into practical, business-focused use cases.
- Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and learning materials to reduce barriers and accelerate user engagement.
- Define and track key adoption metrics, user engagement indicators, and business outcomes to measure program success and impact.
- Support clients in regulated industries by ensuring AI adoption aligns with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
