Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or contact center technology.
  • Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, customer stories, and sales enablement content.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling business narratives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in customer advocacy programs, references, or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive-level storytelling ability.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to pipeline, retention, and expansion outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a remote, collaborative, and high-growth environment within Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with product strategy and market needs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including enablement, coordination, and post-launch optimization.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies, references, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate customer insights into pipeline generation and expansion initiatives.
  • Design and support customer engagement programs, events, and speaking opportunities to strengthen relationships and retention.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all GTM activities.
  • Contribute to content strategy and campaign development to amplify industry and customer narratives.
