Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or contact center technology.
- Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, customer stories, and sales enablement content.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling business narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in customer advocacy programs, references, or customer engagement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive-level storytelling ability.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to pipeline, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative, and high-growth environment within Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with product strategy and market needs.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including enablement, coordination, and post-launch optimization.
- Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies, references, testimonials, and success stories.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate customer insights into pipeline generation and expansion initiatives.
- Design and support customer engagement programs, events, and speaking opportunities to strengthen relationships and retention.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all GTM activities.
- Contribute to content strategy and campaign development to amplify industry and customer narratives.
