Requirements
- Significant experience in a digital, creative agency or fast-paced creative tech organization.
- Background in Production, Program Management, Creative Resourcing, Creative Operations, and/or People Operations.
- Experience in a growth-oriented environment.
- Problem solver mentality with ability to break down complex issues.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to influence others across various levels and functions.
- Experience operating at both 10,000-foot and tactical levels.
- Ability to work West Coast hours or be based in SF or LA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day creative operations, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and refine creative processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Drive AI implementation and adoption within workflows.
- Manage dashboards and data analysis for process improvement.
- Document ways of working and team collaboration.
- Facilitate and optimize onboarding processes for new hires.
- Shape and communicate team mission, vision, and values.
- Develop career pathways, leveling, and management standards with HR.
- Participate in business planning and oversee team financials.
