Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of IT onboarding processes
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to end users
  • Experience in identifying and reporting process issues
  • Capability to recommend process enhancements
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams
  • Proficiency with Quickbase or similar data/reporting tools
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected change requests and software updates

Responsibilities

  • Ensure positive customer experience for IT onboarding including hardware, application access, identification and networks
  • Order equipment, software, IDs, and entitlements for resource onboarding
  • Act as a resource to IT new hires and leadership for onboarding questions
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to anticipate needs and ensure system access
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire support
  • Respond to employees and contractors to handle post-onboarding needs
  • Manage and respond to regular inquiries from IT teams
  • Provide resolutions to issues such as lost access and licensing restrictions
  • Assess systems and recommend program changes for process improvement
  • Utilize Quickbase for data maintenance, report generation, and issue tracking
