Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of IT onboarding processes
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to end users
- Experience in identifying and reporting process issues
- Capability to recommend process enhancements
- Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams
- Proficiency with Quickbase or similar data/reporting tools
- Ability to adapt to unexpected change requests and software updates
Responsibilities
- Ensure positive customer experience for IT onboarding including hardware, application access, identification and networks
- Order equipment, software, IDs, and entitlements for resource onboarding
- Act as a resource to IT new hires and leadership for onboarding questions
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to anticipate needs and ensure system access
- Coordinate with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire support
- Respond to employees and contractors to handle post-onboarding needs
- Manage and respond to regular inquiries from IT teams
- Provide resolutions to issues such as lost access and licensing restrictions
- Assess systems and recommend program changes for process improvement
- Utilize Quickbase for data maintenance, report generation, and issue tracking
