Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience with remote team collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline technical expert for the developer community
- Support users in deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments
- Debug complex infrastructure and production issues
- Optimize cloud performance and reliability
- Develop observability solutions and improve networking
- Automate infrastructure operations using IaC tools
- Independently drive technical solutions and design infrastructure best practices
- Engage with product teams to influence platform improvements
