Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA).
- Existing network of clinical providers, preferably in value-based care or community health.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensing, and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for MD, DO, NP, and PA roles across all 50 states.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, medical job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical humility, SDoH mindset, and technical fluency.
- Partner with clinical operations and leadership to align hiring velocity.
- Maintain a responsive, organized pipeline in the ATS with 24-hour follow-up.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical professional networks.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience through professional communication.
