Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a science or health-related field.
- IBHRE certification (CCDS, CORMS, or CEPS) required within one year of promotion.
- 5+ years in cardiac device/CIED remote monitoring or comparable clinical operations.
- 2+ years leading frontline leaders (e.g., Supervisors).
- Strong command of CIED workflows, alert triage, documentation standards, and clinic expectations.
- Data-literate with the ability to use analytics to diagnose variance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Slack.
- Must maintain a dedicated, separate office at home.
- Must maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Oversee workload planning and scheduling of the clinical team in their region.
- Own outcomes for SLAs, team productivity, and employee performance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to clinical supervisors.
- Administer corrective action in alignment with company policies.
- Drive remediation efforts with QA and track outcomes for measurable impact.
- Partner with leadership to support hiring initiatives and workforce growth.
- Provide scheduled open office hours to encourage communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to identify and target areas for workflow and process improvement.
- Ensure customer tickets in Salesforce are acknowledged and responded to within one business day.
