Requirements

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record in performance-based marketing with focus on CAC and LTV:CAC.
  • Experience running campaigns for two-sided marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct cohort analysis and data-driven budget management.
  • Ability to design and execute controlled experiments with clear hypotheses.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and creative testing.
  • Capacity to manage multiple variables including audiences, markets, and categories.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and finance teams.
  • Hands-on execution experience in platforms.
  • Leadership potential to build and manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for homeowners and service providers.
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns including top-of-funnel awareness, consideration, conversion, and remarketing.
  • Build and maintain a repeatable framework for creative, audience, and funnel testing.
  • Manage budgets by audience, geography, and service category to hit profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics teams to integrate paid social into the growth system.
  • Direct video creative assets and strategy.
  • Define, hire, and manage a team to scale the channel.
  • Expand paid social efforts into streaming and other push formats as appropriate.
