Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies.
  • Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis.
  • Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing.
  • Extract actionable insights from campaign performance data.
  • Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns including setup, optimization, and bid management.
  • Adapt strategies to platform changes and evolving market landscapes.
