Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies.
- Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis.
- Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing.
- Extract actionable insights from campaign performance data.
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns including setup, optimization, and bid management.
- Adapt strategies to platform changes and evolving market landscapes.
