Requirements

  • 5–8 years of social media or brand marketing experience
  • Proven experience with increasing ownership of strategy
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and strategic structure
  • Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of platform algorithms, culture, and content norms
  • Ability to use data to develop hypotheses and explain insights simply
  • Experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, or parenting brand environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve social media strategy including platform intent, content philosophy, and audience development.
  • Build and manage a content strategy grounded in business objectives.
  • Drive the creative process from briefing to hands-on execution.
  • Lead social calendar development, planning, and publishing.
  • Manage brand voice in comments, DMs, and community spaces.
  • Design and maintain a KPI framework connecting social performance to business outcomes.
  • Monitor social landscape trends to provide a strategic point of view.
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams on campaigns.
