Requirements
- 5–8 years of social media or brand marketing experience
- Proven experience with increasing ownership of strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and strategic structure
- Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Understanding of platform algorithms, culture, and content norms
- Ability to use data to develop hypotheses and explain insights simply
- Experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, or parenting brand environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve social media strategy including platform intent, content philosophy, and audience development.
- Build and manage a content strategy grounded in business objectives.
- Drive the creative process from briefing to hands-on execution.
- Lead social calendar development, planning, and publishing.
- Manage brand voice in comments, DMs, and community spaces.
- Design and maintain a KPI framework connecting social performance to business outcomes.
- Monitor social landscape trends to provide a strategic point of view.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams on campaigns.
