- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand, preferably in lifestyle, fitness, or wellness.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social trends, algorithms, and community-building strategies.
- Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
- Confident in cross-team communication in a global environment.
- Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small organic social media team responsible for daily posting, engagement, and content creation.
- Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all social platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily organic posting and community interactions.
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and affiliates to source and amplify user-generated content.
- Act as the bridge between organic social, paid ads, and content production teams.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure tone alignment.
- Monitor social media conversations, identify trends, and report actionable insights.
- Keep social media assets, bios, and highlights up to date.
- Track social media KPIs and provide regular updates.
