  • Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social trends, algorithms, and community-building strategies.
  • Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident in cross-team communication in a global environment.
  • Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small organic social media team responsible for daily posting, engagement, and content creation.
  • Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all social platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily organic posting and community interactions.
  • Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and affiliates to source and amplify user-generated content.
  • Act as the bridge between organic social, paid ads, and content production teams.
  • Collaborate with customer support to ensure tone alignment.
  • Monitor social media conversations, identify trends, and report actionable insights.
  • Keep social media assets, bios, and highlights up to date.
  • Track social media KPIs and provide regular updates.
