Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of paid social experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role.
- Must have B2B experience.
- Proven experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, LinkedIn).
- Ability to audit accounts and present actionable insights.
- Experience participating in business pitches for paid social.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance across search, shopping, display, and video channels.
- Experience acting as an escalation point for clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop the social expertise of direct reports through mentorship and coaching.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the holistic business and competitive landscape for each client.
- Orchestrate multi-discipline collaboration for full-funnel, cross-channel campaign strategy.
- Develop working knowledge across paid social platforms and growth services like Programmatic and SEO.
- Serve as an escalation point for clients and navigate solutions with internal teams.
- Manage major deliverables including executive presentations and strategic reviews.
- Oversee successful onboarding and strategy setup for new client accounts.
- Scale management layers and establish career pathing for team members.
