Responsibilities
- Provide professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve complex supplier issues with a focus on customer experience
- Verify and process regulatory documents like insurance and safety manuals
- Log interactions in Salesforce (Service Cloud)
- Support customer billing and subscription inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery
- Participate in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications
- Maintain quality and productivity metrics
