  • Resolve complex supplier issues with a focus on customer experience
  • Verify and process regulatory documents like insurance and safety manuals
  • Log interactions in Salesforce (Service Cloud)
  • Support customer billing and subscription inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery
  • Participate in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications
  • Maintain quality and productivity metrics
