Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech or global MNCs.
- Robust project management expertise overseeing concurrent workstreams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid background in e-commerce marketing.
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams.
- Technical proficiency in AI and digital design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Gemini).
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies.
- Proven track record of high performance and minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual campaign calendars in partnership with regional stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end production from concept to launch as the primary contact.
- Define and manage project timelines while mitigating risks.
- Ensure brand consistency and manage stakeholder reviews.
- Lead asset localisation across APAC.
- Execute site-wide merchandising using CMS tools.
- Own the hands-on build and publishing of digital content.
- Collaborate with Martech and Product teams on tool improvements.
- Analyze post-launch metrics and compile reporting decks.
