Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
- Experience with campaign types including Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stable high-speed internet (25 MBPS+) with backup
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3 equivalent or higher
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and optimize ad copy
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across campaigns
- Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to align campaign strategy
- Stay up to date on Google Ads platform changes, policies, and industry best practices
