Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
  • Experience with campaign types including Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Stable high-speed internet (25 MBPS+) with backup
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3 equivalent or higher

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and optimize ad copy
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across campaigns
  • Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members to align campaign strategy
  • Stay up to date on Google Ads platform changes, policies, and industry best practices
