Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
- Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness
- Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy
- Stay current on Meta advertising policies and algorithm updates
