Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
  • Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy
  • Stay current on Meta advertising policies and algorithm updates
