Requirements
- 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns.
- Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.
- Google Ads certified.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors.
- Server-Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server-Side, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform-specific tools.
- Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency.
- Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.
