Requirements

  • 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns.
  • Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.
  • Google Ads certified.
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors.
  • Server-Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server-Side, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform-specific tools.
  • Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency.
  • Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.
