Responsibilities
- Identify new customers in the small business segment.
- Leverage regional networks to uncover new business.
- Attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat.
- Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities.
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor landscape.
- Provide market insight back to product and development teams.
- Mentor and coach team colleagues.
- Define, design, and iterate sales processes.
