Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 5 Team Leads who oversee purchasing agents
- Ensure teams remain accountable for daily performance and execution
- Support Team Leads with coaching and operational guidance
- Monitor purchasing conversations and negotiation quality
- Track team productivity, deal volume, and response times
- Identify underperforming agents and support improvement plans
- Participate in daily training sessions
- Continuously improve workflows and team effectiveness
