Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales.
- 8+ years of experience leading sales in the Healthcare Provider sector.
- Expertise in Data, AI, Analytics, and tech ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Palantir).
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to build and influence CXO relationships.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional team orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Drive Data & AI led growth strategies across strategic Healthcare Provider accounts.
- Own new Healthcare Provider logo acquisition and close large, complex deals.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Deliver account growth through upsell and cross-sell of Data, AI, and Global Delivery services.
- Build trusted CXO relationships and engage technical leadership.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with strong conversion discipline.
- Drive revenue, pipeline, and profitability performance through account governance.
- Leverage market intelligence to anticipate demand and shape offerings.
