Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales.
  • 8+ years of experience leading sales in the Healthcare Provider sector.
  • Expertise in Data, AI, Analytics, and tech ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Palantir).
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and influence CXO relationships.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional team orchestration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Data & AI led growth strategies across strategic Healthcare Provider accounts.
  • Own new Healthcare Provider logo acquisition and close large, complex deals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Deliver account growth through upsell and cross-sell of Data, AI, and Global Delivery services.
  • Build trusted CXO relationships and engage technical leadership.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with strong conversion discipline.
  • Drive revenue, pipeline, and profitability performance through account governance.
  • Leverage market intelligence to anticipate demand and shape offerings.
