Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, workplace accommodations, and global wellness programs.
- Experience navigating US and Canada leave regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience administering workplace accommodations under Canadian and US frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee situations with empathy and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Payroll.
- Experience designing and administering global wellness programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and leave management systems.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end administration of leave of absence programs globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leaves.
- Manage the workplace accommodations process.
- Monitor global regulatory changes affecting leave entitlements.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Ops for accurate leave pay and system updates.
- Design and coordinate global wellness programs and vendor relationships.
- Develop a leave, accommodations, and wellness reporting framework.
