Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (4+ years relevant experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer-facing marketing, digital engagement, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as creative, brand, product, or CRM functions.
  • Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign testing, A/B testing, and basic marketing analytics.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns focused on member engagement, retention, and regulatory communications.
  • Develop campaign briefs, segmentation logic, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Support and improve regulatory communication programs.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows including copywriting, segmentation, testing strategies (A/B testing), and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product, brand, CRM, and analytics teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter contributor within marketing.
