Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience with transformation tools such as dbt
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement including attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling
  • Experience analyzing performance across digital, email, and offline channels
  • Solid foundation in A/B testing design and experiment interpretation
  • Familiarity with tracking implementation and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to executive stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing analytics across email, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and identify performance drivers
  • Design, implement, and maintain attribution models and marketing mix models
  • Analyze paid media performance, including spend efficiency, ROAS, and incrementality
  • Own tracking and tagging strategy for digital analytics
  • Lead experimentation efforts by designing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt
  • Translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations
