Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Experience with transformation tools such as dbt
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement including attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling
- Experience analyzing performance across digital, email, and offline channels
- Solid foundation in A/B testing design and experiment interpretation
- Familiarity with tracking implementation and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to executive stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing analytics across email, direct mail, and digital channels
- Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and identify performance drivers
- Design, implement, and maintain attribution models and marketing mix models
- Analyze paid media performance, including spend efficiency, ROAS, and incrementality
- Own tracking and tagging strategy for digital analytics
- Lead experimentation efforts by designing A/B and multivariate tests
- Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt
- Translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations
