Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in strategic data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Advanced hands-on experience structuring core warehouse schemas using dbt.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or Lightdash.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing data ecosystems (ad platforms, event tracking, lifecycle platforms).
- Understanding of identity resolution and tracking cookies to user IDs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools for workflow automation.
- Self-starter capable of working with high levels of ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Marketing data reporting layer, mapping out and executing a multi-quarter technical roadmap.
- Design and optimize core Marketing data models within dbt.
- Empower Marketing stakeholders with automated, high-fidelity pacing models and diagnostic tools.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Growth Marketing and Data Engineering.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data models in dbt and interactive dashboards in BI tools.
- Act as a technical mentor to peer analysts and establish dbt modeling standards.
- Drive complex deep-dive analyses on multi-touch attribution, MMM, LTV, and incrementality testing.
- Champion the adoption of modern analytics engineering practices and AI-accelerated frameworks.
