- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience in real estate, proptech, urban planning, GIS, or construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze properties across California for ADU feasibility based on delivery, zoning, and local permitting requirements.
- Use GIS tools and property data platforms to determine site compatibility.
- Collaborate with Project Specialists to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Review and validate inbound leads for completeness and basic eligibility.
- Research ownership records and permitting history to support decision-making.
- Organize and maintain accurate lead information in Salesforce.
- Tag and categorize leads to improve pipeline visibility.
- Flag duplicate or unqualified entries to maintain CRM hygiene.
- Build and improve scalable qualification workflows.
- Communicate research findings clearly to the Sales Team.
