Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales/business development experience in the intermediates sector.
  • Expertise in polyamides (nylon) and ability to discuss them fluently.
  • Strong hunter mindset with ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience as a commercial professional with significant tenure.
  • University degree preferred in Chemistry, Plastics/Polymer, Engineering, or Business.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Own business development for unreinforced injection molding intermediates across North & South America.
  • Drive customer acquisition by positioning Envalior solutions versus competitors.
  • Develop territory strategy for the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align account plans and coordinate commercial execution.
  • Coordinate cross-regionally with European colleagues and production to support customer needs.
  • Identify target accounts and lead competitive conversions.
