Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives across multiple markets.
- Conduct field visits and joint calls with team members to support opportunity planning.
- Drive revenue growth through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop market strategies and sales playbooks to improve commercial execution.
- Represent the company at key industry trade shows and customer events.
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain visibility into sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Recruit and onboard new team members to support business growth.
