Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives across multiple markets.
  • Conduct field visits and joint calls with team members to support opportunity planning.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop market strategies and sales playbooks to improve commercial execution.
  • Represent the company at key industry trade shows and customer events.
  • Partner with operations and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain visibility into sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
