Requirements
- Active Secret government clearance or higher.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Hands-on experience as a Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping).
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
- Deep knowledge of CMDB data models and ingestion pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of secure development, encryption, and federal security compliance.
- Experience with REST/SOAP, syslog, message queues, and SFTP integrations.
- Understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networks, and databases.
Responsibilities
- Execute ServiceNow platform strategy and technical implementation.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage and customize MID Servers in secure, segmented environments.
- Implement and maintain CI identification, reconciliation, and normalization logic.
- Govern CMDB data quality and perform duplicate CI root cause analysis.
- Perform operational break-fix and platform troubleshooting.
- Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Request, and Flow Designer.
- Maintain secure development practices, RBAC, and federal security compliance.
