Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of documented success in high value capital sales.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries.
- Proven experience closing complex deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months).
- Experience managing large pipelines of high-value opportunities.
- Experience selling into highly regulated, GMP environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- BS/BA degree in a science field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Understanding of ROI models and financial data.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets.
- Negotiate and close high value capital equipment sales.
- Grow and manage the sales pipeline, targeting 30+ accounts.
- Provide technical expertise during the selling process.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
- Sell to multiple stakeholders within QC, Manufacturing/Operations, and executive suites.
- Coordinate with support, validation, and service teams.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and activity logs.
