Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of documented success in high value capital sales.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience closing complex deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months).
  • Experience managing large pipelines of high-value opportunities.
  • Experience selling into highly regulated, GMP environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • BS/BA degree in a science field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Understanding of ROI models and financial data.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets.
  • Negotiate and close high value capital equipment sales.
  • Grow and manage the sales pipeline, targeting 30+ accounts.
  • Provide technical expertise during the selling process.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Sell to multiple stakeholders within QC, Manufacturing/Operations, and executive suites.
  • Coordinate with support, validation, and service teams.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and activity logs.
