- Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of building trust and influencing teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of integration strategies and lead implementation from diligence through post-close.
- Define and implement integration goals across business units, GTM, people, finance, and legal.
- Partner with deal teams to assess tech stack, talent, and execution risk.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
- Monitor integration status and KPIs to identify and resolve risks.
- Serve as a partner to acquired teams to ensure transition success.
- Document and apply lessons learned to future integration planning.
