  • Track record of building trust and influencing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of integration strategies and lead implementation from diligence through post-close.
  • Define and implement integration goals across business units, GTM, people, finance, and legal.
  • Partner with deal teams to assess tech stack, talent, and execution risk.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
  • Monitor integration status and KPIs to identify and resolve risks.
  • Serve as a partner to acquired teams to ensure transition success.
  • Document and apply lessons learned to future integration planning.
