Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1-year experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing (preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and report generation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building stakeholder credibility.
- Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills.
- Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- High learning aptitude and ability to work unsupervised.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and branding.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Pre-screen resumes and coordinate initial interviews.
- Manage job postings on various boards and maintain sourcing mailboxes.
- Collaborate with the Leads Generation Team to create talent pipelines.
- Perform in-house searches using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Conduct basic phone screenings and paper resume reviews.
- Schedule virtual interviews and manage assessment logistics.
- Support the Talent Referral Program by managing communications and forms.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of job fairs and open house activities.
