  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1-year experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and report generation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building stakeholder credibility.
  • Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • High learning aptitude and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and branding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Pre-screen resumes and coordinate initial interviews.
  • Manage job postings on various boards and maintain sourcing mailboxes.
  • Collaborate with the Leads Generation Team to create talent pipelines.
  • Perform in-house searches using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Conduct basic phone screenings and paper resume reviews.
  • Schedule virtual interviews and manage assessment logistics.
  • Support the Talent Referral Program by managing communications and forms.
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of job fairs and open house activities.
