- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in energy or climate policy with exposure to regulatory or legislative processes
- Experience conducting policy research and writing for advocacy purposes
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across government, industry, or civil society
Responsibilities
- Support development of fusion policy positions, reports, and roadmaps across U.S. federal, state, and European contexts
- Conduct research on policy frameworks, commercialization pathways, and public funding mechanisms
- Support engagement with federal, state, and European policymakers
- Prepare materials for external meetings and briefings
- Represent CATF in external meetings or forums
- Support coordination across U.S. and European advocacy teams
- Draft policy briefs, reports, and blog posts
