Responsibilities
- Manage speaking, awards, and podcast pipelines for the founder.
- Draft and submit award applications and maintain a submission database.
- Coordinate bookings for podcasts and events.
- Schedule and engage on social media platforms like LinkedIn and X.
- Execute content distribution across owned channels and communities.
- Own campaign launch operations, including UTM hygiene and documentation.
- Manage paid media asset version control and intake.
- Maintain marketing team workflows in ClickUp.
