Requirements
- 3+ years leading product at Lead or Director level.
- Experience owning multi-team product organizations.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS (vertical SaaS, health tech, or complex workflow products).
- Experience driving multi-product consolidation.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with regulated environments like healthcare data and GDPR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the PMS product strategy across all local and Docplanner PMS products.
- Partner with the Engineering Director to translate technical modularization into product roadmap success.
- Embed AI (Noa) into the PMS, including AI scribe, scheduling, and patient summaries.
- Design a growth engine with a clear upsell path to full PMS and marketplace.
- Own product outcomes including clinic retention, expansion revenue, and new-market launches.
- Lead and develop product leaders across four countries.
