Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- 4-5 years of experience in thought leader programming, medical education, or brand management
- Endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience a plus
- Expertise in thought leader engagement strategy and KOL management
- Strong insight generation and synthesis skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing educational content aligned with clinical evidence
- Vendor and agency management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of thought leader engagement strategies aligned with brand and disease education objectives
- Develop and manage KOL relationships required to support advisory boards, educational content development, speaker programs, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director, TLP to define strategic objectives and plan advisory boards and steering committees
- Lead collection, synthesis, and communication of insights generated through thought leader engagements
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, educational initiatives, and field execution
- Develop, review, and manage educational and promotional materials to support peer-to-peer engagement
- Oversee external agency partners and manage budgets
- Partner with the Commercial Review Team (CRT) to manage content approvals and ensure compliance
