- Uncover expansion opportunities through strategic conversations about multi-year goals.
- Stay fluent in creative output, roadmap, and performance metrics to advise partners.
- Partner with sales/implementation to streamline launches.
- Guide partners through onboarding, scoping, and technical requirement translation.
- Analyze partner metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Present internal team materials to partners with authority.
- Conduct high-impact business reviews and touch points.
