Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT support, systems or network administration.
- Expertise in Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on networking experience (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, switches).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain technical documentation.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine processes for handling proactive service alerts.
- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for technicians and engineers.
- Mentor and develop technicians into Tier 2-level engineers.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
- Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
- Partner with leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.
