- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong communication skills for demystifying complex concepts.
- Well-versed in data governance, security, and ethics.
Responsibilities
- Identify patients who require urgent care through risk stratification.
- Employ causal analysis to assess the impact of our platform on healthcare delivery.
- Conduct health economics research to pinpoint inefficiencies within our network.
- Develop financial models to evaluate economic performance in value-based care settings.
- Create analytical pipelines and reports for evidence-based decision-making.
- Lead quantitative research initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership.
