Requirements
- Min 8+ years of sales/ business development work experience in the Travel, FMCG, or any industry.
- Passionate in building new business, sales & tourism industry.
- Ability to analyze data and trends.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Good knowledge of destinations, agents, and hotels in the region.
Responsibilities
- Kickstart the B2B sales for the Malaysia market, starting with Kuala Lumpur, and then expanding to the entire country.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the agent base and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive market penetration and enhance brand visibility in the country.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team within the country.
