Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident telephone voice.
  • Exceptional business written communication and grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in B2B IT/Telecom.
  • 3+ years of experience in telemarketing or telesales (up-sell/cross-sell).
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business management or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting calls and desk research to identify key decision makers and account details.
  • Utilize research tools to identify business challenges and qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with target accounts.
  • Qualify prospects as MQLs for the field sales team.
  • Nurture pre-determined prospect groups via telephone and email.
  • Process inbound phone and web leads.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on local campaigns and events.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce data and weekly pipeline forecasts.
