Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident telephone voice.
- Exceptional business written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn.
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in B2B IT/Telecom.
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing or telesales (up-sell/cross-sell).
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business management or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting calls and desk research to identify key decision makers and account details.
- Utilize research tools to identify business challenges and qualified sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with target accounts.
- Qualify prospects as MQLs for the field sales team.
- Nurture pre-determined prospect groups via telephone and email.
- Process inbound phone and web leads.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on local campaigns and events.
- Update and maintain Salesforce data and weekly pipeline forecasts.
