Requirements
- 2-3 years of project coordination experience
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong technical aptitude
- Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, or interactive kiosks (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of network protocols and terminology
- Exceptional organization and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Place hardware orders with vendors based on client requirements
- Track shipments and manage logistics issues
- Maintain records of hardware purchases, warranties, and inventory
- Manage hardware implementations for standard rollouts
- Support coordination of complex installations
- Maintain project timelines and milestone tracking
- Assist with scheduling on-site installations
- Provide phone and email-based technical support
- Troubleshoot display systems, media players, and printers
