Requirements
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

- Comfortable with technology and proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
- Must have a quiet and professional working environment while working from home.
- Availability to work the specified hours (9 AM - 6 PM GMT +1) five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and discuss our products/services.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our offerings in French.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
