Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations.
- Direct experience managing clients.
- Direct experience working alongside technical teams.
- Active usage of AI tools in workflow.
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, automation tools, or basic prompt engineering.
- Ability to run structured problem-solving with clients.
- Experience operating within sprint-based delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own client engagements end-to-end across multiple accounts.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to shape agents, automations, and ML systems.
- Validate ideas through POCs and early prototypes.
- Run multiple projects simultaneously within delivery frameworks.
- Drive weekly progress and remove blockers.
- Align client leadership around priorities and trade-offs.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and surface risks.
