Requirements
- Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MSW) or equivalent with Digital Health experience.
- Alternatively, clinical degree (MBBS, BDS, Nursing, etc.) with large-scale health program experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in Digital Health Interventions.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation systems to track program progress.
- Stay updated with trends in telehealth and healthcare technology to integrate into programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
